Who We AreThe Tea Club at UH Manoa is an undergraduate-run recognized independent organization (RIO) dedicated to the study of traditional Japanese Chado, commonly known as tea ceremony under the instruction of Professor Akiko Ono Riley. We practice Urasenke-style tea ceremony at the Jaku'an Tea House weekly, where the space is also used to hold Chado classes for any student at UH.

We created a video documenting the Maui Tea Ceremony that took place on the 29th of October. You are able to play the video on the right by clicking it. "To support Maui after it suffered great damage from wildfires, we decided to host a tea ceremony.
